Our client, a leading digital assets trading platform focused on serving institutional clients in APAC and the US, are looking to hire for a Business Development Manager position that is fully remote across APAC or the US. In this role you have a great opportunity to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients across APAC, Europe, and the US.
Main Responsibilities:
- Come up with innovative growth strategies that will bring in new clients and keep client satisfaction high.
- Research target markets, look into new markets, and address client requirements.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline, set up prospective meetings with target clients.
- Promote the company's products/services accurately.
- Provide after-sales support.
- Help to develop junior/entry-level staff into successful/valuable salespeople.
Requirements:
- Ability to write clean, efficient code and conduct code reviews.
- 4+ years of experience with NodeJS.
- Proficiency in database management and asynchronous processes.
- Understanding of security best practices.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Upper Intermediate level of English.
Added Bonus:
- Experience with TypScript and DevOps tools like Docker and CI/CD.
- Understanding of (micro)service architecture development.
- Familiarity with Web3 & Blockchain services.
